Two weeks, that's how long I think it will take to bring "Sexy Salsa," the book of salsa recipe's I'm working on, to a close. My sister Debby has been hard at work doing the design and layout, and it looks excellent.
All that remains now is the final-final copy edit and a last photo shoot. I feel that I need just 3 more photos to finish the book of well.
